1、运用前：

1. Before use:

（1）要查看自上料搅拌车空压机的自保设备是否牢靠，气压是否安稳；查看水泵的引水有没有加足，管道是否疏通；

(1) Check whether the self-protection equipment of the air compressor of the self feeding mixer is secure and whether the air pressure is stable; Check whether the water diversion of the water pump is sufficient and whether the pipeline is unblocked;

（2）自上料搅拌车料仓的斗门、水泥斗门还有中间集料斗门、出料门的开闭是否灵敏牢靠；

(2) Check whether the hopper door, cement hopper door, intermediate aggregate hopper door and discharge door of the hopper of the charging mixer are opened and closed flexibly and firmly;

（3）还要查看自上料搅拌车主机叶片的联合螺栓是否牢固；

(3) Also check whether the joint bolts of the main engine blades of the feeding mixer are firm;

（4）查看各电气设备是否牢靠，各限位开关动作开关是否灵敏牢靠；

(4) Check whether the electrical equipment is safe and reliable, and whether the limit switch action switch is sensitive and reliable;

（5）查看各光滑点急减速箱是否有足够的光滑油。

(5) Check whether the quick reduction gearbox at each smooth point has enough smooth oil.

2、运用后：

2. After application:

（1）都应该将自上料搅拌车的主机表里、料门上的积料整理并冲刷干净；

(1) The accumulated materials on the main machine table and material gate of the loading mixer shall be sorted out and washed away;

（2）各个光滑点应该加注光滑油，尤其是在轴端的密封处万不行遗漏；

(2) All smooth points should be filled with smooth oil, especially at the seal of the shaft end;

（3）冬季应放净水路内的液体，放净空压机贮气筒内的积水和气体；

(3) In winter, drain the liquid in the water circuit, and drain the water and gas in the air compressor reservoir;

（4）停机后，所有的开关都要处于非作业状况并堵截电源。

(4) After shutdown, all switches shall be in non operating condition and power supply shall be cut off.
