If the reversing valve can not be normal under the rated voltage, it should check whether the joint of the electromagnetic ring is loose or contact is not real, check method: unplug, measure the resistance of the coil (generally should be between several hundred ohm to several thousand ohm), if the resistance is too large or too small, that the electromagnetic coil has been damaged and needs to be replaced.
