1. Random butter
The main function of butter is to lubricate and seal. But this method is really wrong. This is because when grease is applied to the cylinder head gasket, part of the grease will flow into the cylinder after tightening the cylinder bolts. Under the influence of high temperature, the residual grease forms a certain gap between the cylinder head gasket, the cylinder head and the body surface, thus reducing the original sealing performance of the cylinder head gasket.
Don't change the oil
Small two busy in construction machinery plays a particularly important role, many repairmen attach great importance to this. It is added completely according to the standard requirements. However, many maintenance personnel forget to check the busy oil quality at both ends and replace the deteriorated oil. Simply adding engine oil and changing it for a long time will cause many parts of the engine to run in the environment of insufficient lubrication, resulting in greater wear than usual. In addition, in the operation of diesel engine, the oil also contains a lot of dirt, therefore, if the oil is not changed regularly, it is very likely to happen
3. There is no need to combine the small cylinder liner and piston products
Many maintenance personnel believe that new products need to be used as standard parts for maintenance. Therefore, when facing new cylinder liner or piston products, some dimensions are usually ignored. This usually leads to a difference between the busy cylinder liner and piston products. If the larger cylinder is equipped with the smallest piston, the gap between the two will be larger and the compression force will be weaker.
4. The small two ends are busy using open fire to heat the piston
During the installation process of the small piston pin with two busy ends, the hydraulic small piston with two busy ends must be heated and charged first. For convenience, many maintenance personnel will heat it in direct sunlight. However, due to the uneven wall thickness of each part of the piston, direct flame heating will cause uneven heating and eventually deformation. Therefore, the correct heating method is to heat the piston with hot oil.
