自上料搅拌车气刹和油刹的区别在哪?

气刹除了刹车总泵、分泵、刹车管路外,还有打气泵(通过皮带与发动机连接)、储气筒、高压控制器(调节压力,车用可以达到8个大气压)、继动阀等部件,需要安装空间大,结构较复杂,而且为了确保,后刹车分泵现在都是断气刹车(增加费用、结构复杂)。

因此有这些原因,一般油刹大都在中小型汽车,体积小、结构简单,本身车轻,不需要太大的力度,近几年有向中型车发展的趋势(载重在10吨以下,一些19座以下的中型客车,都采用油刹)。气刹大都在大型货车、大客车、混凝土搅拌车上使用,车大有空间、需要的刹车力度大,使用距离长,反应速度需要快,增加的费用反映在整台车上所占比例也不多。

下面我们来讲讲全自动上料搅拌一体车的断气刹与油刹有什么样的区别。

1、普通气刹的驻车制动只能在货车静止的情况下使用,因为其制动力矩是作用在传动轴上,如果在小型搅拌车行驶当中使用,极易造成传动轴和后桥的严重超载荷,还可能因差速器壳被抱死而发生左右两车轮的旋转方向相反,致使货车制动时跑偏甚掉头。

但储能弹簧制动则不然,相反因为储能弹簧驻车制动行程大于行车制动行程,在行车制动力不足的情况下,还可以使用储能弹簧助力进行应急制动。所以储能弹簧制动不仅可以作驻车制动,还可以作应急制动。所以断气刹式制动系统与普通气刹相比,在制动稳定性和性方面更胜一筹。

2、油刹结构简单,安装空间小,只是需要刹车总泵、分泵、油杯及连接管路,不需要其他的附属设备;气刹就复杂多了,除了刹车总泵、分泵、刹车管路外,还有打气泵、储气筒、高压控制器、继动阀等部件,需要安装空间大,结构较复杂,而且为了确保,后刹车分泵现在都是断气刹车。

3、常规刹车是手刹锁住传动轴,脚刹时由压缩空气进入制动气室锁住车轮。在手刹或传动轴机械故障时,手刹失灵;在气泵、管路、储气筒、制动阀任何一个部位故障时,脚刹失灵。而断气刹车就可有效避免这些危险
