Pay attention to the working load of large concrete mixer during the running in period. Generally, the working load during the running in period shall not exceed 80% of the rated working load, and appropriate workload shall be deployed to prevent overheating caused by long-term continuous operation of the machine. Pay attention to regularly check the instigation of each instrument. In case of abnormality, stop the machine in time to eliminate it. The operation shall be ended before the cause is not found and the fault is not eliminated.
In addition, pay attention to regularly review the level and morality of lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, coolant, brake fluid and fuel oil (water), and pay attention to the tightness of the whole machine. In the inspection, it is found that there is too much oil and water, and the reason should be analyzed. At the same time, the lubrication of each lubricating point shall be strengthened. It is recommended that the lubricating points be filled with grease every shift during the running in period (except for special requirements). The operator shall insist on cleaning each equipment of the large concrete mixer, timely adjust and fasten the loose parts, so as to prevent the wear of parts or loss of parts due to looseness. After the running in period, the machine shall be forced to take care of, review and adjust, and pay attention to the exchange of oil.
The raw materials for the production of concrete by large-scale concrete mixer are generally divided into cement, coarse and fine aggregate, water, admixtures and other materials. The quality of materials directly affects the quality of concrete produced. Therefore, we should not be careless in the selection of materials. For the cement in the large concrete mixer, the regular products produced by large local manufacturers shall be selected, the quality and quantity shall be guaranteed, and the important indexes such as concrete setting time, stability and strength shall be tested. High quality sand and gravel shall be selected for coarse and fine aggregates. The larger the particle size of sand and gravel, the higher the concrete strength, but the higher the price naturally. Under the condition of maintaining the strength, the dosage of cement and admixture can be reduced.
The water used for concrete mixing should not be underestimated. Although tap water is generally used directly, the water composition should also be tested. Due to different water quality in different places, the tap water quality in some places should not be used for concrete mixing, and special attention should be paid. Then there are admixtures. The types of admixtures include ground fly ash, ground slag, ground zeolite, silica fume and their composites. In order to ensure the effective content of admixture in large concrete mixer, the inspection of liquid admixture concentration should be strengthened.
