1、新车开始使用前，检查和液压系统各处的灰尘和杂物，并检查各处连接是否正确和有无其它问题。

2、油箱中装液压油到油标刻度线以上，泵壳和马达壳内也要充油。

3、启动发动机，操纵伺服手柄使小型搅拌车拌筒在低速下正转，观察液压系统是否正常工作。

4、注意散热器上的风扇在50℃-70℃范围内应是运转状态，风扇发生故障不运转时，应及时修理。

5、补油泵溢流阀、低压溢流阀、高压溢流阀压力出厂时已调定，不得随意改动。

6、小型搅拌车油路中各部件及管路不得有漏油现象，如发生渗漏，应及时修理。
