自上料搅拌车制动后踏板复位慢怎么回事?

自上料搅拌车复位慢的表现是自动上料搅拌车在制动减速后,松开制动踏板,车速不能很快地提高,严重的甚难以起步,水泥自动上料搅拌车发生制动发咬的故障后,可以按如下步骤检查并排除:

After the braking bite fault of the cement automatic loading mixer truck occurs, it can be checked and eliminated according to the following steps:
1、如果踏板自由行程适当,主制动阀排气口有气体排出,挂档起步,如果能起步,行驶一段距离应检查制动鼓是否发热,如发热一般是由于制动蹄和制动鼓间隙太小所致。应检查制动蹄和制动鼓的间隙,使之保持正常。
1. If the free stroke of the pedal is appropriate and there is gas discharged from the exhaust port of the main brake valve, start in gear. If you can start, check whether the brake drum is hot after driving for a certain distance. If it is hot, it is generally due to the small gap between the brake shoe and the brake drum. Check the clearance between brake shoe and brake drum to keep it normal.
2、如果不能起步,可踩下踏板,将变速杆置于空档,然后在松开制动踏板的同时,检查各制动气室的推杆能否回位。如果是某个制动气室的推杆不能回位,即是继动阀卡死,或是制动蹄回位弹簧太软,断裂造成的,或者是前制动蹄销锈死造成的。
2. If you can't start, step on the pedal, put the gear lever in neutral, and then check whether the push rod of each brake chamber can return while releasing the brake pedal. If the brake shoe is too rusty, or the front brake shoe is stuck, or the air brake shoe cannot return to the position.
3、检查制动踏板的自由行程,或者是在贮气筒气压达到规定之后,踩下制动踏板,然后在松开踏板的同时检查主制动阀的排气口有无气体排出,如无气体排出,踏板无自由行程,说明是主制动阀的排气阀打不开,应调整主制动阀拉杆,使主制动阀的活塞杆和排气阀之间有正常的间隙,使制动踏板保持正常的自由行程。
3. Check the free stroke of the brake pedal, or press the brake pedal after the air pressure in the air reservoir reaches the specified value, and then check whether there is gas discharge at the exhaust port of the main brake valve while releasing the pedal. If there is no gas discharge and the pedal has no free stroke, it indicates that the exhaust valve of the main brake valve cannot be opened, and the pull rod of the main brake valve should be adjusted, Make sure there is a normal clearance between the piston rod of the main brake valve and the exhaust valve, and keep the brake pedal at a normal free stroke.
